LifeStyle Coaching is a unique
service approach developed by Lucy Lehman in her experience as a teacher,
instructor, manager, clinical Kinesiologist, research scientist and behaviour
therapist. LifeStyle Coaching combines behavioural, analysis, teaching,
management and scientific principles in such a way as to guide you through the
process of identifying your goals, learning what you need to change, and helping
you to achieve your goals. It is a very personal process requiring attention to
your needs with supreme care and compassion.
Through structured and regular
sessions, your LifeStyle Coach will build a trusting relationship with you in
order to help you stay focussed on your goals. Your coach will offer education,
support, worksheets, and even a little humour now and again whenever a healthy
diversion is necessary to relieve the pressure that often accompanies making
significant lifestyle change.
